We developed an ERC-721 based smart contract for our client. The challenge of the project was to implement a number of unique features: automatic back and forth transfers between different kirpto accounts. The smart contract technically controlled the leasing of NFTs, i.e. it was created to allow NFTs to be transferred to a single repository for a fixed period of time and then manually or automatically recalled.

NFT was implemented here as a technology, with the aim of digitally authenticating real, physical contractual relationships. As we were developing fixed-term contracts, smart contract was able to digitise these contractual logics perfectly and increase the reliability for our customers.
