We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Assistant (Hungarian speaking) who wants to gain hands-on experience.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, content creation, technology, and business development. We care less about where you've worked and more about what you've created, learned, and achieved on your own.
Whether you've built personal projects, managed social media accounts, created content, experimented with AI tools, or helped grow a community, we'd love to see it.
This is a flexible part-time position requiring 20-30 hours per week. Minimum 2 days a week in our Budapest office.

Position Overview
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll support our marketing and business development activities across multiple channels. You'll help create content, manage advertisements, assist with lead generation, research potential clients and markets.
We embrace AI and use it daily. However, we're looking for someone who understands that AI is a tool—not a replacement for thinking. The ideal candidate knows how to leverage AI to work more efficiently while still applying creativity, critical thinking, research, and personal judgment.
Responsibilities
- Design visual content (for LinkedIn, websites, presentations and other channels) based on company branding materials, templates.
- Assist with social media management and content planning.
- Support lead generation and prospect research activities.
- Monitor and review performance for digital advertising activities across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas that help WebOrigo grow its brand and market presence.
Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, business, technology, or digital innovation.
- Interest in the IT industry and willingness to learn about software development, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Experience creating your own projects, content, websites, social media pages, portfolios, newsletters, communities, or other demonstrable initiatives.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using new digital tools.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles, branding, SEO, or digital advertising.
Advantages
- Experience with LinkedIn content creation and social media management.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, automation, or design.
- Experience with video creation tools such as CapCut, Synthesia, HeyGen, Runway, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of software development, AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Additional European language skills besides English.
